Case No. 564 of 2025 (Mohid Upadhyay vs. Shalini @ Pravita Upadhyay and others), whereby an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S.S., equivalent to Sectio 156(3) of Cr.P.C., has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
