The present civil restoration application has been filed for recalling the orders dated 14.05.2025 andp 25.07.2025, whereby the appeal of the applicant was dismissed for the reason of peremptory order. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will be submitting the requisites as required by the order dated 14.05.2025 within a period of two weeks from today. Appeal No.3862/2015 to its original number, subject to the condition that if the appellant deposits the requisites within a period of two weeks from today, in compliance of the order dated 14.05.2025. 4. If the requisites are not submitted within a period of two weeks, then this order will not come into effect. 5.
