Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner who is working as Filed Assistant in Regadi Chelika Gram Panchayat of Kodavaluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, is being prevented from attending to duties without any reason. 4. Sri M.S.R Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and 6, on instructions, submits that petitioner is not being prevented to attend the duties, however, petitioner is absenting to duties. Therefore, respondents had made temporary arrangement for discharging the duties assigned to her. 3 HCCRJ W.P.No.12039 of 2025 As the respondents have stated that they are not preventing 5. th€i petitioner to discharge duties as Filed Assistant, recording the said submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondents to allow petitioner to discharge her functions.
