Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that in the light of the Interim Orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021, no further orders are required in this matter. 4. For ready reference the Interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021, is extracted hereunder: “In the meanwhile, there shall an interim direction to respondents 1 to 4 not to summon the petitioner to the police station during his office hours as he has to attend his office as an employee. If his presence is required in connection with any enquiry or investigation in Crime No.240 of 2016 of Kadiam Police Station, East Godavari District, the Investigating Officer shall require the presence of the petitioner only between 8.00 A.M. and 9.30 A.M. and between 6.00 P.M. and 7.30 P.M. He shall not be summoned to the police station during his office hours on working days. On public holidays, he 4 can be summoned between 10.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M. This direction is to be followed till the next date of hearing.” 5. In the light of the Interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed of making it as absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
