Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the
3. absolute owners and possessors of the property measuring to an extent of Ac.0.30 cents and Ac.0.70 cents, situated in Survey Nos. 343 and 347 of Khaspanaupada Village, Santhabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District. The

In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is observed that the respondents have considered the said applications of the petitioners and have already issued notices to the concerned including the petitioners on 16.02.2025 and after completion of the enquiry, the grievance/claim of the petitioners would be redressed or a speaking order would be passed in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the
submissions of the
learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the written instructions issued by the 4'^ respondent dated 29.04.2025, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 4*^ respondent to complete the entire enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (02) months, from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with the provisions of Andhra'Pred^sh (Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall
7. be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
