Learned Government Advocate has filed compliance affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, Dharwad, enclosing copy of endorsement dated 06.06.2025 given to the petitioner.
2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioners/ complainants contend that they have worked as contractual employees during the COVID-19 period and they are seeking regularization of their services. The direction issued by the learned Single Judge is to consider the representations and to pass orders within a period of two months. Accordingly the representations of the petitioners have been considered and an endorsement has been issued on 06.06.2025 declining the prayer made by

the petitioners in the representations, while giving reasons for the same.
3. The respondent/ Deputy Commissioner has issued an endorsement on 06.06.2025 rejecting the representations given by the petitioners while furnishing reasons. If the petitioners are aggrieved of the endorsement dated 06.06.2025, they may raise a challenge to the same in a manner known to law.
Accordingly contempt petition stands closed.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
