The Court made the following ORDER: Heard Smt. V. Uma Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Ponna Rao, learned Deputy Solicitor General, for the respondents 1 and 2. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not considering the representation dated 11.10.2024, made by the petitioner to furnish certain information, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitionermade a representation dated 11.10.2024 to respondent No.1 seeking certain documents in connection with C.C.No.1504 of 2018 and C.C.No.582 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First 3. SRS,J W.P.No.9939 of 2025 Class, Kadapa. However, respondent No.1 has not furnished any documents so far. \ Learned Deputy Solicitor General would submit that respondent No.1 will consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders. 4. Indeed, directing the authorities to consider the representation is deprecated by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Government of India v. P.VenkateshV 5. 6. However, given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the Rules in vogue, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four Vv/eeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.
