Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh. However, the prayer is that the interim protection granted during the pendency of this petition be continued for three weeks from today. 3. In view of the limited prayer made, learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to raise a serious objection, submission is that liberty be granted to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner This is a digitally signed order.
