During the course of arguments, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 10 has handed over to this Court details of the call record received from the petitioner with the number 9811107065 to submit that the petitioner has been calling up one of the associates of respondent no. 10 in order to blackmail the respondent no. 10. By referring to the aforesaid photographs, learned counsel appearing for the DDA submits that no construction is going on the land in question. He further submits that as of now there is no encroachment on the DDA land. 7. Considering the submissions made before this Court, no orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 8. In normal course, this Court would have imposed cost on the petitioner considering the conduct of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a practising advocate, this Court refrains from imposing any cost. Nevertheless, the petitioner is cautioned and shall refrain from undertaking any such activities. 9.
