The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 538 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 77 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 354-B, 452 IPC, P.S Phoolpur, District Prayagraj as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 12.07.2024, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate- 4th, Allahabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
