Learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to get instructions in this matter. 5. In the light of the submissions made above, it is apposite to dispose of the writ petition. However, petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh representation before 3rd respondent. On filing such representation, 3rd Dr.VJP,J W.P.No.27896 of 2021 respondent is directed to enquire into the issue and take appropriate steps according to the governing rules of law.
