IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) NO.21413 OF 2025 Dibya Ranjan Behera …. Petitioner Mr.K.K.Swain, Advocate -versus- State of Odisha & Others …. Opp.Parties Mr. J.K.Ray, ASC CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD ORDER Order No. 05.08.2025 02. The petitioner, a Data Entry Operator, is grieving before the Writ Court against non-consideration of his representation dated 26.06.2025, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-5, wherein he has sought for engagement of his services pursuant to the appointment order dated 01.10.2018 at Annexure-1 followed by confirmation order dated 05.07.2023 at Annexure-3. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the period between August, 2024 and April, 2025, the petitioner has not been paid the wages for the work he has done and that he is entitled to continue in service/engagement in terms of the order of appointment and confirmation. The representation having not been considered and there having no hope of the same being considered in the near future, he is seeking assistance of this Court. 3. Learned A.S.C. appearing for the official Opp. Parties in all fairness submits that he would instruct his client to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as has been aired in the subject representation in a time-bound way, if all contentions are kept open. With this proposal, learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable. This is fair. In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed of. Time for consideration and communication of result of such consideration to the petitioner is eight weeks. All contentions are kept open. It is open to Opp. Party No.4 to solicit any information or document from the side of the petitioner, as are required for due consideration of the subject representation; however in that guise, delay shall not be brooked. Now, no costs. (Dixit Krishna Shripad) Judge Manoj
