Cr.MP No.190 of 2025 Though having taken note of order dated 04.12.2024 passed by this Court in Cr.MP No.4808 of 2024, whereby time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2024, passed in Cr.MP No.4174 of 2024, came to be further extended, there appears to be no justification to grant further time, but by way of indulgence and on the basis of undertaking given by petitioner that 50% of the compensation amount, otherwise ordered to be deposited in terms of order dated 15.10.2024, shall be deposited during the course of the day, this Court deems it fit permit the applicant/petitioner to deposit the amount within the course of the day. Ordered accordingly. Since bail bonds in terms of order dated 15.10.2024 are to be furnished before the learned trial Court at Mandi, this Court extends time for furnishing bail bonds by one week, failing which, interim protection granted vide aforesaid order shall come to an end and non-applicants/respondents would be at liberty to get the judgment of learned trial Court executed, in accordance with law.
