This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator U/s. 459 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 307 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, to avail the services of Shri Aftab A. Ansari, Advocate to represent and defend the Case No.PMLA/1/2022, currently pending before the Hon’ble Court of Principal District & Session Judge, Ahmedabad. B. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to incur necessary expenses of professional fees of advocates appointed for Rs.35,000/- plus clerckage charges., as stated in para 5, here and above. Heard learned advocate Mr.Shivang Thacker for the applicant – Official Liquidator. 3. Considering the fact that the matter is pending before the Hon’ble Court of Principal District & Session Judge, Ahmedabad, Shri Aftab A. Ansari is required to be engaged for the sake of convenience and the cost effectiveness. It is submitted that Mr. Ansari was earlier in the panel of Official Liquidator from 2019 to 2022 and thus, aware about the functions of office of Official Liquidator as well as Liquidation related issues. 4. Learned advocate Mr.Shivang Thacker for the applicant – Official Liquidator has also confirmed that the proposed learned advocate Mr. Aftab A. Ansari has shown his willingness to appear in the matter by charging his professional fees of Rs.35,000/- plus clerckage charges vide his email dated 20.03.2025, which is taken on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present Official Liquidator Report is hereby allowed in terms of Para.7(A)and (B). (MAUNA M.
