The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted 3. hereunder: “It is submitted that, the present petitioners filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P.2364 of 2025 under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 to 10 not to evict the petitioner’s from their agricultural lands In Sy.No. 247/2, an extent of Ac.3.15 cents, 247/3 an extent of Ac. 3.69 cents and 247/5 an extent of Ac. 3.15 cents total Ac. 9.99 cents situated at Papireddypalli, B. Mattam Mandat, YSR District without following due process of law and pass. It is further submitted that, I have utmost respect towards judiciary and its Judgments duly adhering to the Principles and Rules upholding legal principles without bias or external influence. In pursuance of the Orders of the Hon’ble High Court in W. P.150 of 2015, Respondents No. 4 to 10 are not trying to dispossess the present Petitioners from the said land. It is submitted that, the Hon’ble Court has passed Oral Order in the said Writ Petition dated 31.01.2025 as “There shall be a direction to all the parties to maintain Status-quo obtaining as on today, till the next listing”. The above extract would indicate that the Official Respondents are complying with the directions of this Court which are issued in W.P.No.150 of 2015. It is stated that the Official Respondents would not interfere with the peaceful possession of anyone, except by due process of law. The above extract would indicate that the Official Respondents would only proceed in accordance with law, if any action is sought to be initiated. \ 4. Having regard to the above extract, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit directing the Official Respondent to follow due process of law, if any coercive action is sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioners in the future. 5.
