GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd to 4th respondents in interfering a civil dispute between the petitioner and 5th respondent land in Sy.No.245/2 an extent of Ac.0.97 cents of Rekalakuntapalli Village, Reddipali Post, Bukkarayasamudram Mandal, Anantapur District and without jurisdiction is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the principles of the natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere in a civil dispute…” 2. Heard Sri M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent authorities are unnecessarily interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent in this matter. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent authorities are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute except under due process of law. No costs.
