JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 06/11/2025 : In the present matter, a prayer has been made that a direction may be issued to the respondents to treat the petitioner as an OBC Candidate in the Rajasthan Police Sub-Inspector Joint Competitive Examination, 2010, and to prepare her merit list accordingly. CWP No.669/2012 decided on 03.05.2012, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, contends that once the petitioner chose to apply in the General Category & filled-up her application form as a General Category candidate, she cannot be allowed to change her Category to OBC during the selection process or after the declaration of [2025:RJ-JP:44567] (2 of 2) [CW-12937/2013] result. Counsel further contends that in view of the aforesaid order, the issue involved in this case is no more res-integra and now stands resolved. Today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
