GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION NO.31101 OF 2014 O R D E R:- This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not registering crime against Respondent Nos.4 to 8 as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to Respondent No.3 to register crime against Respondent Nos.4 to 8. 2. There is no representation for petitioner and Respondent Nos.4 to 8. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has placed a copy of the written instructions of the Inspector of Police, Jammalamadugu U/G Police Station, Y.S.R Kadapa District, dated 17.09.2025 and would submit that on 17.09.2025 when the concerned police contracted the petitioner through Phone No.8309396294 and talked about her petition, she informed that she had settled her matrimonial issue and she did not want any action on her writ petition filed before this Court. 4. The written instructions, dated 17.09.2025 are placed on record. 4 5. In view of the changed circumstances, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this case. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
