ORDER:
“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.5 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Cri.P.No.10118 of 2025, dated 08.10.2025 and appearing before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a month without fail and prays for relaxation of the said condition. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the petition and prays that appropriate orders may be passed. Since the petitioner was directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer only once in a month, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
