The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chitra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No.832 of 2016, for the offences registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Smt. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur. On 28.10.2016, the informant was waylaid by unknown dacoits near Kathara forest area. The dacoits looted away Rs.10,000/- cash and mobile phone from him. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T. I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner was absconding after the occurrence. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur or her successor, in connection with Chitra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No.832 of 2016. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
