Having regard to the grievance projected by the petitioner, Page No.# 2/3 the writ petition is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that some Gaon Burahs (GB) of Nari village has indulged in manufacturing decision and extorting the litigant in the name of Keba fees. In view of such abuse of power, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Deputy Commissioner Likabal, Lower Siang on 25.08.2025, but since the same has not been considered and disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation filed by the petitioner is not against the decision taken by GBs but against the conduct of 2(two) GBs in particular, who have been named in the representation dated 25.08.2025. 4. Ms G. Ete, learned Additional senior Government Advocate submits that the representation submitted appears to be in the form of certain personal grudge made against certain GBs and in such circumstance, the Deputy Commissioner cannot be expected to attain to each and every complaint made on the particular GB. Moreover, the complaint has been submitted as vitiates on 25.08.2025 and therefore, the writ petition appears to be pre-mature. 5. Having heard the learned counsel of the parties, upon perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the sole grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non consideration of her representation filed on 25.08.2025. As such being the position, this Court does not find any impediment to direct the authority concerned to consider the same within Page No.# 3/3 time frame by passing appropriate orders. 6. In view of the above, the Deputy Commissioner, Likabali, Lower Siang District shall consider and dispose of the representation filed by the writ petitioner on 25.08.2025 by way of passing a Speaking order in accordance with law within 1(one) month of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.
