This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent who has been discharging his duties as per the directions of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in issuing ROC dated 09.01.2020 in proposing to resume the land in an extent of 48 Cents in R.S.No.54-2A of Srugavruksham Village, Palakoderu Mandal, West Godavari District under the programme of Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that the subject land is resumed for the above said welfare scheme and the compensation was also paid to the petitioner. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
