The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to decide the Appeal No.278/A (Computer No.C202415000000722), under Section 18 of the Arms Act expeditiously. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
