Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Earlier application filed by the petitioner was rejected on the ground that investigation was going on. Now upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed. Learned trial Court is directed to consider the petitioner's application afresh and earlier rejection order shall come in the way.
