Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides are present. Ms. Grandhi Priyanka, learned counsel for the respondents has fairly represented that the respondent No.1 has no objection to withdraw the case in O.S.No.832 of 2024, pending on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Nellore, and they are ready to prosecute before the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge Court at Machilipatnam as sought by the petitioner and that they have no objection for withdrawing and transferring the case in O.S.No.832 of 2024 from the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, at Nellore to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, at Machilipatnam, Krishna District. 3. On considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and without going into the merits and demerits of the case. on considering the averments in the affidavit filed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to withdraw O.S.No.832 of 2024, on the file of the I Additional 2 Junior Civil Judge Court, at Nellore and transfer the same to the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, at Machilipatnam, Krishna District. 4. In the result, the present petition is allowed and O.S.No.832 of 2024 the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, at Nellore, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court Machilipatnam, Krishna District. The learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, at Nellore, shall transmit the case record in O.S.No.832 of 2024 to the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, at Machilipatnam, Krishna District indexed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
