1. The case is listed today under the heading “Orders (with defect)”.
2. On 02.05.2025, this Court has passed the following order:
“1. It appears that even after time having been granted by learned Lawazima Board of Joint Registrar (Judl.) and learned Registrar General vide order dated 21.02.2024 and 23.08.2024 respectively, the defects have not been removed.
2. Further, this Court vide order dated 07.12.2024; 21.02.2025 and 21st March, 2025 has also granted time to remove the defects but the defects have not been removed.
3. However, as prayed for, two week’s time is granted to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office.”
3. Today when the matter is called out, neither the defects as pointed out by the Registry have been removed nor any one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the present contempt petition.

4. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter and, as such, the present contempt petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
