No.24828 of 2025 ORDER: In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation dated 15.03.2025 seeking to annul the transfer dated 01.11.2024 from the office of Respondent No. 3 to the office of Respondent No. 6 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner, while working as a Junior Assistant in the office of Respondent No. 3, was transferred to the office of Respondent No. 6 on ill advice of his colleagues. The Petitioner thereafter submitted a representation dated 15.03.2025 explaining the reasons for his request to be transferred and the health condition of his daughter, who is said to be suffering from type-I diabetes, which requires constant medical care and accessibility to better hospitals. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.03.2025 would be examined and appropriate orders will be passed thereon. 4. Considering the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is disposed 3 of directing the Respondents to examine the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.03.2025 and take appropriate decision thereon as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
