N SRIHARI (Standing Counsel for ZPP MPP and GRAM PANCHAYAT) The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent is trying to interfere and dispossess him from the subject land admeasuring Ac.0.03 cents in Sy.No.90-1 situated in SSS Colony, Gollapudi village, Vijayawada, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law. 2. Heard M/s Kothapalli Aishwarya Chowdary, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department and Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat. 3. Though the matter is of the year 2023 and despite granting sufficient time to file counter, the respondents did not choose to file counter till date. 4. In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by duly considering the interim order granted by this Court on 28.08.2023. The respondent authorities are directed not to interfere with the petitioner’s subject property and not to create any third party interests in the subject property.
