The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to be a purchaser of the land and according to him, the above order was obtained by suppressing several facts. The learned counsel also brought to the notice of this Court about the intention of the first respondent to get money from the purchasers by executing affidavit expressing his no objection. 3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondents 2 to 4 have not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
