The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :-
“(I) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 passed by respondent no.2 (contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to proceed pursuant to the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 passed by respondent no.2. (III) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (IV) To award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner.”

Heard Mr. Prabhakar Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Prabhakar Joshi, Advocate, has requested to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition granting liberty to her to file a fresh writ petition.

The said request has not been opposed by Mr. N.S. Pundir, Advocate for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
