The appeal has been filed by two accused, namely, Ram Prakash and Abdul Majeed challenging the order dated 24.04.1987 passed by the Special Judge, E.C. Act, Etawah in Sessions Trial No. 287 of 1985 (State vs. Prem Kumar), under Section 307 I.P.C. 4. On record there are two reports, one dated 23.07.2025 and other dated 27.08.2025, whereby the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah has reported regarding death of both the appellants. Material in support of the reports has also been annexed. 5. In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated in toto. 6. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
