Learned counsel for both sides are present. The contents of the affidavit of the respective parties would reveal that the compromise arrived at is unconditional on the part of both parties and they have decided to reside together as husband and wife under the same roof. The husband has expressed that he is ready and willing to take his wife to the matrimonial home and she has agreed to resume conjugal life.

4. Both parties expressed that the agreement is unconditional and the husband is ready to reside with the wife under the same roof and the wife has also agreed to resume the conjugal life with immediate effect.
5. Both parties with one voice submitted that F.C.A.Nos.51, 57 & 68 of 2025 may be disposed of, recording the compromise and the factum of reunion.

6. Pursuant to the observations dated 15.10.2025, exemption for appearance of the parties was accorded. Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel and the respective affidavits of both parties endorsed by both counsel are placed on record in the presence of both counsel.
