Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:66174 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 5592 of 2025 Petitioner :- Nafees Ahmad And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Tiwari Abhishek Rajesh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Jagdish Pathak,Ravindra Singh Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioners claim that they are entitled to pension and other terminal dues. They have made representation before the competent authority but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Tiwari Abhishek Rajesh,
learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and Shri Jagdish Pathak, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority in light of the applicable provisions of law in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that their service benefits/claim are liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In wake of the submissions made at the Bar and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.2- General Manager/Chief Manager, Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Ghoshi, District-Mau is directed to decide the
representation of the petitioners regarding their pension and other terminal dues, as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
