ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 7 in interfering with petitioners possession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Ac.1.34 cents in R.S.No.5/1 Seesali Village, Kalla Mandal, West Godavari District and making efforts to obstruct him from passing through the passage situated towards the Western Side of my land in R.S.No.5/1 at the behest of the Respondents 8 and 9 without any manner of right or authority as highly illegal, arbitrary, excessive of powers, violative of Art. 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 7 not to interfere with his possession and enjoyment of the above said property and to have an access to the said property from the existing passage.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on receipt of call from 112, the Police have visited the disputed site and had take steps for preventing any untoward incidents, but they are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. It is further submitted that there is also a G.D entry made in the Police Station regarding receipt of the said phone call. 3. Sri Yaswanth Gade, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
