Heard Sri Bokka Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that police advised both parties to resolve the dispute before civil court and police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. Dr.VJP,J W.P.No.32074 of 2025 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, except under due process of law.
