Subhash Babar (husband of the petitioner) to produce before this hon9ble Court, in the interest of justice. (b) Issue any other order/s as deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the alleged detenue is brought before the Court by Sri Ranganath G.Neelammanavar, Police Inspector, Mundagod. We had interacted with Sri Deepak Subhash Babar, he states that there are some matrimonial differences between him and his wife 3 petitioner. Hence, he went to Mysore and he is working there and on the request of the police, he has come to the Court. 3. In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11582-DB WPHC No. 100032 of 2025 4. We have noticed that the dispute is purely a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and detenue Deepak and the filing of the present petition is an abuse of process of law. Hence, we dispose off the petition by imposing cost of ¹10,000/- each to be paid by the petitioner as well as detenue to the Police Benevolent Fund. The cost shall be paid within a period of two weeks. Sd/- (S.SUNIL DUTT YADAV) JUDGE Sd/- (VIJAYKUMAR A.PATIL) JUDGE CLK /CT-AN List No.: 1 Sl No.: 2
