The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.380 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri. R. K. Pandey, learned JMFC, Ranchi. On 22.11.2024 at about 6:15 A.M., Ratu police apprehended this petitioner from Tilta over bridge and on search, a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case and offence alleged is triable by Court of Judicial Magistrate. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri.
