However, learned AGP Ms. Tanushree Shrimal places on record the order dated 11.4.2025 whereby the petitioner's pension case is sanctioned by the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Botad. The said order is taken on record. 3 Learned AGP Ms. Shrimal, under instructions, states that after necessary formalities required for payment of pensionary benefits are completed by the heirs of the petitioner, the same will be paid to the legal heirs of the petitioner within a period of four months thereafter. 4. In view of the above order as the petitioner's pension case is now sanctioned by the respondents, under instructions, C/SCA/19088/2021 ORDER DATED: 01/05/2025 learned advocate Mr. Vishal P. Thakker seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file fresh petition or initiate appropriate proceedings available to the petitioner as per law, if the pensionary benefits are not actually paid to the legal heirs of the petitioner.
