ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:
“to issue Writ, or Direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in evicting the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.53 cents in Sy.No.87/1B, situated in Peddapanjani village, Peddapanjani Mandal, Chittoor District at the behest of respondents 5 and 6 without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and also violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the above mentioned property and pass such other or further orders ….. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed written instructions dated 16.10.2025 addressed by the Tahsildar, that indicates that the respondents are not interfering and taking any steps to evict the petitioner from the land in Sy.No.87/1B Ext.0.53 cents. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
