1. Heard Mr. C.R. Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, Govt. Advocate appearing for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had earlier :led WPCR No. 448 of 2025 before this Court, which was allowed vide order dated 14.08.2025 However, in the above order, in paragraph 8 the words “ The District Magistrate Durg (C.G.)” have wrongly been typed as in place of the words “The District Magistrate Balod (C.G)”. Hence, necessary correction is sought. He further submits that the applicant is directed to mark his presence before the learned District Magistrate to each day during that period. However, it would be very di@cult for the petitioner to appear before the learned District Magistrate Balod (wrongly mentioned as
3 Durg), as the place is situated about 45 km away from his native village. Hence, the applicant prays that he may be permitted to mark his appearance at the nearest concerned Police Station, Sanaud, Tahsil Gurur, District Balod, (C.G.), during the said period. 3. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the present MCC is disposed of.
It is directed that in the order dated 14.08.2025 passed in WPCR No. 448 of 2025, in paragraph 8, in place of the words “The District Magistrate Durg (C.G.)” and the words “on each day during that period”, it be read as “ The District Magistrate Balod (C.G)” and “in every three days.”
4. Let a copy of this order be placed along with the records of WPCR No. 448 of 2025. Sd/- Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) (Ramesh Sinha) Judge Chief Justice Shoaib
