The present writ petition is filed seeking a declaring that the action of the respondents in not paying payments to the petitioner for the works in Ponnur Municipality vide agreements No.219/2018-19 dated 01-03-2019, agreement No.217/2018-19 dated 01-03-2019 and agreement No.218/2018- 2019 dated 01-03-2019, under Special Development Fund, and completed vide M Book No.284/2018-19, 280/2018-19 and 283/20182109 issued by the 5th Respondent, which was forwarded by the 5th Respondent to the 3rd Respondent. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have subsequently processed and released the aforesaid final bill amounts payable to the petitioner. It is therefore submitted that the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives for consideration before this Court. 3. Recording the above submission and since nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, the same is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
