Case No. 59/2024, Corresponding to POCSO Case No. 42/2024 registered for the alleged offence committed under sections 366/376/494/506 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending in the Court of Sri Amresh Kumar, learned Special Judge POCSO, Chatra. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier permitted to be withdrawn vide B.A. No. 10369/2024. It is alleged that on 20.05.2024, at about 10:00 A.M., the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. The petitioner kidnapped the victim. He took her to Banke Bazar Shiv temple, where he put vermilion between the parting of her hair and established physical relationship with her. It appears that the petitioner was already married twice. The Victim has also supported the allegations made in the FIR.
