GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by non-payment of bill amount to the petitioner for works executed under various agreements for laying Pucca Internal roads/streets including drainage system and culverts within a village under convergence funds, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri M.Veerendranath, learned counsel representing Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
