This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 02.03.2020 made by the petitioners and others, seeking to issue/distribute house site pattas in the land in Sy.No.128/2 to an extent of Ac.4.22 cents situated at Chinna Hulti Village, Pathikonda Mandal, Kurnool District in Navaratnalu Pedalandari IIlu Programme and the report dated 29.01.2019 submitted by the Village Revenue Officer/Mandal Revenue Inspector. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that the land in Sy.No.128/2 is the Government land classified as D- Patta/Assigned land and recorded as such in all the Revenue records and no pattas or house sites have been granted to the private individuals by the Government. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.7121 of 2020 written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
