While so, the Petitioner was transferred to M.P.P. School Indiranagar, Nagalapuram Mandal. Questioning the same, the Petitioner filed an appeal as provided under Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2025 seeking reconsideration of the order of transfer to M.P.P. School Indiranagar, Nagalapuram Mandal. The appeal was dismissed on 19.08.2025 vide Rc.No.2866/A2/2025. Hence, the writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that considering the peculiar familial scenario and health conditions of the Petitioner, he had given representations to the Respondents on 15.07.2025, 16.07.2025 and 27.06.2025 seeks reconsideration of his case for transfer to M.P.P. School Indiranagar, Nagalapuram Mandal. 3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the Petitioner has not pointed out any flaw in the order of transfer as well as in 4 the appellate authorities order and hence cannot seek for further consideration of his representations. 4. Having heard the respective counsel, considering the medical condition of the Petitioner which requires access to Superspecialty Hospital and the fact that Petitioner has to take care of his 85 years old mother, the Respondents are directed to examine the representations of the Petitioner dated 15.07.2025, 16.07.2025 and 27.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
