1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and by way of which the petitioners are seeking for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the respondent no.
2 and 3 to ensure timely disbursement of monthly salary to the petitioner in future. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the State Govt. to ensure the compliant of instruction dated 22.03.2018 and 24.10.2017 against the respondent no. 2 and 3. 10.3 That the Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble
3 Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs of the petitioners. 2. From the reliefs sought by the petitioners by way of this petition, it seems that the petitioners are only aggrieved by the acts of the respondent authorities because of which timely disbursement of the salary of the petitioners are getting delayed. 3. Learned State counsel at this stage submits that they will take every step for timely disbursement of the salary of the petitioners and in the recent months also they have already disbursed the salary of the petitioners timely. 4. Considering the overall aspects of the case in hand, this petition seems to be infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. However, the liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file an appropriate application in case the salary of the petitioners does not get disbursed within time.
