With the consent of the parties, heard finally. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the following relief: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioners from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal; 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the order dated 15.08.2022 (Annexure P/1) issued by the respondent no. 4 i.e. Collector District- Raigarh whereby suspended the agriculture cattle markets under the District Raigarh, and further be direct the respondent no. 4 to restore the agriculture cattle markets under the distict Raigarh, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to consider and decide the petitioner’s 4 representation dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure P/5) within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief in favour of the petitioners which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioners.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a limited relief of direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a time frame. 4. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in this regard. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 6. Looking to the limited relief of the petitioner, the respondent no. 4 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules and regulations expeditiously as soon as possible. 7.
