ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. <Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 22.03.2025 and to pass an order entering the names of the petitioners as a trustees of Sri Mallikarjunaswami and sri Veerabhadreshwaraswami temples by following the judgment of Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court reported in 2003 scc online 527, in the interest of justice and equity. b. Pass such other suitable order/s or directions as this Hon 8le Court deems fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.=
2. Heard Smt.Pallavi Pachhapuri,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri.Ramesh Chigari, learned AGA for respondents.
3. The petitioners are before this Court on the ground that their representation has not been considered. The representation has been submitted to the respondents seeking entry of their names as trustees of Sri.Mallikarjunaswami and Sri Veerabhadreshwaraswami Temples situated at Talur Village, Tq. Sondur, Dist. Ballari.

4. The learned AGA representing the State submits that if reasonable time is granted, the grievance of the petitioners would be addressed strictly in accordance with law.
5. In that light, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, at any rate within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier.
