She has submitted F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500803957 dated 02.08.2025 through online, for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries of her land to an extent of 4.75 acres in katha number 393 at Survey No.521 an extent of Ac.0.0025 cents, Sy.No.520/6 an extent of Ac.0.0025 cents, Sy.No.484 an extent Ac.1.30 cents, Sy.No.482 an extent an Ac.1.30 cents, Sy.No.321 an extent of Ac.1.45 cents, total extent is Ac.4.75 cents of Kandukur town and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. However, the respondent-authorities went on postponing the survey. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s F-Line application has constrained her to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500803957 dated 02.08.2025, submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, sub-division and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner’s land, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
