This contempt petition was filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 03.04.2018 passed in WPSB No. 484 of 2014. Operative portion of the said judgment is reproduced below:- “11. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The State/respondents are directed to pay and release the salary to the petitioners at par with Allopathic Medical Officers and Dental Medical Officers from the date when the same was paid to the Allopathic and Dental Medical Officers, within a period of three months from today with arrears.” 4. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to passing of the order, petitioner and his employer entered into a settlement and in terms of said settlement, the entire dues have been cleared off. Thus, he submits that there is no grievance left now. He submits that petitioner has moved an application seeking withdrawal of the contempt petition. 5. For the reasons indicated in the application, the same (IA No. 13 of 2025:UHC:4327 2025) is allowed. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. Notices, issued to the opposite parties, are hereby discharged.
